Our helpline is here to support you with any aspect of living with a lung condition – whether you need practical advice, emotional support, or answers to health-related questions. We have two dedicated teams ready to help:

Our Helpline Advisors are trained to listen and support you with information on living well with a lung condition. They’ll take the time to understand your situation and talk through any social, lifestyle, financial or practical challenges you may be facing.
Our Clinical Team includes respiratory nurses, a respiratory physiotherapist, and a dietitian. They can offer specialist advice on diagnosis, managing your condition and understanding treatment options. The clinical team is available through a callback service, which our advisors can arrange for you.
